You can already do this... Simply put the whole outline as a subordinate to a top-line subject, collapse all, and then put your finger on the top line, copy, and paste into a new outline...done.

I agree... This is needed. I want to use this app to plan and accomplish projects that should be kept secure. The ability to encrypt (Strong) would be helpful, especially when sharing the file via email.

I agree... I use CFO for my to do list... It would be great to import and export to the editor without all the extras.

Yes, the background behind the individual outline entry could be a pastel color so as not to interfere with the lettering (be too dark to obscure the text). Additionally, allowing font color change may also help with prioritization of particular outline entries (tasks in a to-do list, for example)
On your iPhone, under Accessibility, simply select "Invert Colors" for the Triple-Click of the Home button...this will reverse the color scheme and help your eye.... Good luck with that!
